These terms govern your use of gopangitsolution.com (the "Site") and any information, guides, tools or forms made available through it. Gopang IT Solution ("we", "us", "our") is a software development company based in Islamabad, Pakistan. By using the Site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the Site.
Separate, signed project agreements govern any development work we carry out for you. Where a signed agreement conflicts with anything on this page, the signed agreement takes precedence for that engagement.
1. Permitted use of the Site
You may read, print and share pages from this Site for your own business or personal purposes, including quoting short extracts with attribution and a link back to the original page.
You may not:
- Republish substantial portions of our articles, guides or templates as your own content, on any medium, without written permission.
- Use automated tools to scrape, harvest or mirror the Site in bulk, or to place unreasonable load on our servers.
- Attempt to access non-public areas of the Site, including administrative pages, APIs or databases, or probe, scan or test the security of our infrastructure without written authorisation.
- Submit content through our forms that is unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing, or that contains malicious code.
- Use our name, logo or branding in a way that suggests endorsement or partnership that does not exist.
- Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us or applying for a position.
2. Our content and intellectual property
All original content on this Site — articles, guides, checklists, templates, page copy, design, code and graphics — is created by or for Gopang IT Solution and is protected by applicable copyright law. Our name, logo and brand marks remain our property.
Where we publish a template or checklist and explicitly invite you to copy it, you may use it freely in your own business, including commercially, without attribution. That permission covers the template itself; it does not extend to republishing the surrounding article.
Third-party trademarks, product names and logos mentioned in our articles (for example framework, platform or cloud provider names) belong to their respective owners and are used descriptively. Mentioning a product is not a claim of affiliation with or endorsement by its owner.
3. Forms, applications and submissions
The Site includes forms for contacting us, requesting quotes, submitting project proposals, applying for jobs or internships, and applying as a partner. When you submit through any of these:
- You confirm the information you provide is accurate and that you are entitled to share it. If you submit information about a third party (for example a reference), you confirm you have their permission.
- You grant us permission to store and process the submission for the purpose of responding to it, in line with our Privacy Policy.
- You accept that a submission is not a contract. Neither a form submission nor an informal reply creates a binding engagement; work begins only under a signed agreement or a written scope both parties have accepted.
- You accept that we may decline any submission, and that we are not obliged to give reasons for declining an application or proposal.
Unsolicited ideas. Please do not send us confidential business ideas, inventions or concepts through public forms. If you need to share something confidential, ask us for a non-disclosure agreement first — we will sign a reasonable one. Material sent to us without an NDA in place is treated as non-confidential, though we will still not publish or misuse it.
4. Quotes, estimates and published figures
Cost figures published in our articles are indicative ranges drawn from our own project history. They are provided to help you budget, not as offers. Currency values, market rates and third-party service prices change; figures may be out of date by the time you read them.
A quote becomes binding only when it is issued in writing for your specific project, references a dated scope document, and is accepted by both parties. Any quote we issue is valid for the period stated on it, and assumes the scope, assumptions and exclusions recorded in it. Where an estimate depends on third-party systems we do not control — payment gateways, government portals, legacy software, external APIs — it is contingent on those systems behaving as documented.
5. Third-party links and services
The Site links to external websites and, in our news section, aggregates headlines from third-party publishers. We do not control those sites, do not endorse their content by linking to it, and are not responsible for their accuracy, availability, security or privacy practices. Headlines and summaries shown in our news section remain the property of the originating publisher, are attributed to their source, and link to the original article; we do not republish full third-party articles.
6. Advertising
This Site displays advertising, including advertising served by Google AdSense. Adverts are supplied by third-party networks and are not selected, reviewed or endorsed by us. We do not control which adverts appear on a given page, and the presence of an advert is not a recommendation.
Advertising is kept separate from our editorial content — see our Editorial Policy. Cookies and similar technologies used for advertising are described in our Cookie Policy.
7. Availability of the Site
We aim to keep the Site available and accurate, but we provide it on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may change, suspend, restrict or withdraw any part of the Site — including individual pages, articles or features — at any time and without notice. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
8. No professional advice
Content on this Site is general information about software development, technology and related business decisions. It is not legal, financial, tax, accounting, regulatory or professional engineering advice, and it is not tailored to your circumstances. You should obtain advice from a suitably qualified professional before making decisions that carry legal or financial consequences. See our Disclaimer for detail.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or for any loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data, arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content.
Where liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability arising from your use of the Site is limited to PKR 10,000 or the amount you have paid us for access to the Site (which is normally nil), whichever is greater. This clause does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Liability arising from paid project work is governed by the relevant signed project agreement, not by this section.
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against reasonable claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of the Site, your breach of these terms, or content you submit through the Site that infringes a third party's rights or breaches applicable law.
11. Privacy and data
How we collect, use, share and retain information is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. If you would like a copy of the personal information you have submitted, or its deletion, contact us using the details below and we will respond, subject to any records we are required to retain.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above. Continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms. Where a change materially affects an active engagement, we will raise it with you directly rather than relying on this page.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. The courts of Islamabad have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, except that we may seek injunctive relief in any competent jurisdiction to protect our intellectual property. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in force.
14. Contact
