Projects We Can Develop

A look at what has actually shipped through this hub. Everything here is real work — nothing is a mock-up.

More than just a project

Why Work With Gopang

A Final Year Project is one deliverable. What you actually need around it is a mentor, a structure, a codebase you understand and someone to call when something breaks.

A mentor, not a ticket queue

You get a person who knows your project, not a shared inbox. The same consultant who scoped your project stays on it through development, so nothing has to be re-explained every time you come back with a question.

    What you get

    How the Process Works

No mystery about where your project is. Scroll through to see how the work moves.

    1. Free consultation

Thirty minutes to describe the idea, the constraints and the deadline. You leave with a clearer scope than you arrived with.

    2. Requirement analysis

We write down what the system must do and, just as importantly, what it must not do. Scope creep usually starts here.

    3. Architecture & database design

Modules, entities and relationships designed before a line of code. This is the part examiners ask about, so it is documented properly.

    4. UI/UX design

Screens and flows designed first, then built. You see what you are getting before the backend work starts.

    5. Core development

The application itself — frontend, backend, database and integrations — built against the agreed scope.

    6. Testing & fixes

Functionality, edge cases and the flows you will demo. Anything found here is fixed before you see it.

    7. Deployment & demo support

Set up on a real host or prepared for a local demo, with help if the presentation environment fights back.

    8. Documentation

Setup guide, system design, database schema and module documentation, written so you can present from them.

    9. Handover & aftercare

Source code and database handed over in full, plus a warranty window and optional ongoing support.

    Built around students

Advantages that matter at 2 a.m.

Practical differences between a student project built with support and one built alone at the last minute.

    Deadlines treated as real

We plan backwards from your submission date and say so early if something does not fit. No surprises in week twelve.

    You understand the code

A walkthrough is part of handover. If you cannot explain a module, we have not finished with you.

    Honest scope advice

If the idea is too big for the window, we say so and propose something achievable instead of taking the work and missing.

    Nothing held hostage

Source, schema and documentation are yours. No licence strings, no dependency you cannot replace, no hostage taking.

    Fast questions

You are not waiting on a support queue between two unrelated clients. Small questions get small answers.

    Submission paperwork

Documentation formatted so it drops into a report appendix without a week of reformatting.

    Before & after

Where most projects start — and where they should end

A rough idea and a deadline is a workable starting point. Here is what changes across the engagement.

    Before

    An idea and a deadline

    • Scope exists mostly as a paragraph
    • No architecture decision has been made
    • Stack picked by what is easiest, not what fits
    • Documentation starts the week before submission
    • Demo fails on a laptop with no database
    • Nobody to ask when a build breaks
    After

    A documented, running system

    • Written scope with explicit exclusions
    • Documented architecture and data model
    • Stack chosen for the requirement
    • Documentation written alongside the build
    • Deployed and demo-tested end to end
    • Source, schema and support handed over
Designed with you, documented for you, handed over to you.
    Questions

    Frequently Asked Questions

The questions we get asked most. If yours is not here, the free consultation is the fastest way to get it answered.

    Ask us directly

Yes. The first 30-minute consultation is free and carries no obligation. It is a scoping conversation about your idea, the stack, the timeline and what is realistic to build.

No. We build and support the project itself. Academic grading and university approval decisions are made by your institution, not by us, and we never promise an outcome we do not control.

Yes. Once a project is approved and payment terms are met, the source code, database schema and documentation are handed over to you in full. Nothing is held back as a licence condition.

You receive a booking reference immediately by email. Our team reviews the request, confirms the slot and shares a Google Meet link. You can check the live status of your booking at any time using your reference and email address.

It depends on scope. A focused application is typically a few weeks; a system with integrations, dashboards and reporting takes longer. Tell us your deadline during the consultation and we will tell you honestly what fits.

Yes. Every project includes technical documentation covering setup, architecture and usage, plus a testing pass so you can demonstrate the system with confidence before your evaluation.

Bring it. Send a brief, a diagram or existing code with your request and we will review it during the consultation so you keep whatever still makes sense and drop what does not.

Yes. A warranty period covers defect fixes after delivery, and ongoing maintenance plans are available for hosting, updates and further changes.

Your deadline is real. So is this offer.

Book a free 30-minute consultation and find out what your project actually needs — scope, stack, timeline and what it will cost. No obligation, no pressure, no sales script.
